2. Booking and Payment
   2.1. All bookings must be made through our designated booking system.
   2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
   2.3. Booking is subject to availability and confirmation by SecretScapes.
3. Refund Policy
   3.1. Cancellations made up to 31 days before the booking start date are eligible for a full refund.
   3.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 31 days of the booking start date.
   3.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request being approved.
4. Facilities and Services
   4.1. SecretScapes provides off-grid campervan parking.
   4.2. The only facility provided is access to water. No other utilities or facilities (such as electricity, waste disposal, or restrooms) are available on-site.
   4.3. Guests are responsible for bringing and managing their own off-grid systems and waste disposal arrangements.
5. Use of the Site
   5.1. Guests must park in the designated areas as instructed by SecretScapes staff or signage.
   5.2. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to maintain the peace and tranquility of the area.
   5.3. Open fires and barbecues are only permitted in designated areas and must be attended at all times.
   5.4. Guests are required to leave the site clean and free of litter.
6. Liability
   6.1. SecretScapes is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles while on-site.
   6.2. Guests park and use the facilities at their own risk.
   6.3. SecretScapes shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
7. Weather and Environmental Conditions
   7.1. As an off-grid location, site conditions may vary due to weather and other environmental factors.
   7.2. Guests are advised to prepare for all weather conditions and ensure their vehicles are equipped for off-road or uneven terrain.
8. Code of Conduct
   8.1. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the surrounding environment.
   8.2. Any disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, littering, or damage to the property, may result in immediate removal from the site without refund.
9. Amendments and Updates
   9.1. SecretScapes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website and apply to all future bookings.
10. Governing Law
    10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SecretScapes operates.
